How do I choose the right subscription plan for my business?
Consider the volume and type of design work you need, your budget, and how quickly you need projects completed. Our Starter plan is ideal for small businesses with basic needs, Advanced is suitable for growing businesses with moderate design requirements, and Power is designed for larger enterprises with high-volume needs. Custom plans are available for tailored solutions.
What Designs are out of Scope?
The following services are not included with any subscription:
• Packaging
• Complete Brand Identity (Logo +Brand manual+ Collaterals + Tone of Voice)
• Mobile Applications
• Website/Landing page design although we can do this subject to our assessment of the requirements
• Coding (HTML/CSS/JS)
• 3D/CAD
• 50+ Page of Editorial Design (although we can do this subject to our assessment of the requirements)
• Art direction (Photoshoots + Videos) (although we can do this subject to our assessment of the requirements)
We are a multi-disciplined and talented bunch of designers with a few members of our team specialising in video and animation, so if you do require this type of work please get in touch and we can let you know if we can help.
How many designs can I expect per week?
We have mentioned the TAT (Turnaround time) for different creatives but also consider the following:
• Design is a creative process
• Requests come in all shapes, sizes and complexities
• Revisions on previous requests also have to be factored in
• How descriptive the briefs supplied are
• If we are using a template vs. generating a new concept
We’d recommend signing up with us for an initial 1-3 month period to assess our design output, performance and high design standards to make sure the plan you are on is perfectly suited we are sure however that you won’t be disappointed!
How do I submit a design request?
You can submit design requests through our online project management tool or whatsapp text, voice note or video message accessible to all subscribers. Detailed instructions are provided during the onboarding process.
What happens if I need revisions?
All plans include unlimited iterations per request, ensuring your satisfaction with the final design.
Will I have a dedicated account manager?
Dedicated account managers are provided for all the three plans to assist you better throughout your subscription.
How does billing work for the subscriptions?
Subscriptions are billed upfront monthly/quarterly/annually. You can choose to take a one month trial. Introductory prices offer significant discounts on these upfront payments.
Can I access stock photos as part of my subscription?
Unlimited access to stock photos is included in the Advanced and Power plans that can only be used for the work done by Futurise. Starter plan users do not have this feature included.
Do these plans include social media management as well?
No, none of the plan comes with social media management serivce but it can be purchased as an add-on service at a very affordable price. Check the pricing page for social media management pricing.
What if I need a custom plan tailored to my specific needs?
Custom plans are available for businesses with unique or extensive design requirements. Contact our sales team to discuss your needs, and we’ll create a plan that fits your specific requirements.
What if I need to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time, but please note that fees are non-refundable. We recommend contacting our support team to discuss any issues or concerns before canceling.
How do I upgrade my plan?
You can upgrade your plan by contacting our support team. Changes will take effect on pro-rata basis within 24 hours.
